Prof. Robin Tanamachi, Purdue University EAPS. Severe convective storms, Tornadoes, Doppler radar, Dual-polarized radar, Radar data analysis, High-resolution numerical modeling of convective storms and tornadoes, Radar data assimilation, Ensemble Kalman filter (EnKf) technique, Mesoscale meteorology, Atmospheric radiometry, Infrared thermography, Atmospheric undular bores.

Prof. Angela Rowe, University of Wisconsin AOS. Assistant Professor in the Department of Atmospheric and Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.   Her research group focuses on collecting and analyzing data to better understand cloud and mesoscale processes leading to high-impact weather around the world. Our primary observational tool is weather radar to study precipitating systems in a range of environments including in mountainous regions and over tropical oceans.
